General Product Features

Henke plows are manufactured from the highest quality 3/16” rolled plate steel.  All ribs and structural bracing components are manufactured through a plasma cutting process to maintain high tolerance requirements and product integrity.  To provide maximum quality and durability, our heavy duty Circle Frames are manufactured from 3.5” x 3.5” x ½” steel.  “A” frames are manufactured from 4” ship channel, and Heavy Duty Swivel Plates are cut from 7” ship channel.  Bottom angles are made from 4” x 4” x 5/8” angle steel.  Henke uses only the highest quality dual Redundancy Reversing 3” x 10” double acting cylinders with Chevron style V-Gland packing.  Cutting edges are easily replaceable and uniformly conform to the AASTHO punch pattern.
