REVERSE HAT POST CONSTRUCTION: Southwest Expressline’s unique reverse hat post/sidewall construction doubles the number of sidewall weld points and increases the strength of the framework.

UNDERCOATING AND SOUND DEADENER: Every Southwest trailer is undercoated to seal and protect the framework from the elements.  The bottom side of the plywood floor is also sealed.

ELECTRICAL WIRING PROTECTION: Wherever wiring passes through steel, grommets are used to prevent wear and eventual problems with electrical shorts.

SIDEWALL RUST INHIBITORS: Each unit has a vapor barrier installed to minimize corrosion from electrolysis.  All exterior sheet metal screws are warrantied for five years against corrosion.
